Our Cheese Manager, David Allen works with many of the wonderful local cheese makers to have as much local and artisan cheeses as we can while keeping the costs to you as low as possible. You’ll also find many of your favorites and “staple” cheeses.
Cave to Co-op is a partnership among the Neighboring Food Co-op Association (NFCA), the distributor Provisions International, and New England’s artisan cheese makers to offer exciting, regionally produced cheeses at an affordable price. Our goal is to strengthen our regional food system by introducing local cheese makers to consumers and encouraging them to try their products.
