The Dairy Department strives to offer products from local dairies or made with VT milk. We offer traditional dairy fare: milk, cream, butter, including cultured products like yogurts, sour cream, kefir as well as plenty of dairy alternatives (rice and soy milk) also sourced locally when possible.
